SOMERSET, NJ – June 21, 2007 – Catalent Pharma Solutions, formerly Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical Technologies and Services, today announced its official launch as an independent operating company. The Blackstone Group acquired the business from Cardinal Health in April 2007.
