Formulation Development with Minimal Amount of API
Summary: At the early stages of drug development, API quantity poses unique challenges due to many factors including, increased molecular route complexity, increased synthetic route complexity and high API manufacturing costs. Due to this, there is often insufficient API quantities for formulation development which impedes rapid progress of drug development. Formulators need tools in order to overcome these challenges with little or no API needed.
