Manufacture of Phosal^® MCT Softgel and Phosal® 50 PG Softgels and Stability Evaluation at Accelerated Condition

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the feasibiity of encapsulating the Phosphatidylcholine-based excipients Phosal^® 53 MCT and Phosal® 50 PG into softgels and to verify the physical ability and dissolution characteristics of the softgels after storage at 1, 2, and 3 months at 40 degrees C/75% RH.
