Fiscal 2022 saw greater gender, racial and ethnic diversity in hiring, promotions, and leadership in the U.S. compared to the previous fiscal year. 

Diverse talent development

During fiscal 2022, we hosted 42 global events that welcomed 9,000 attendees. 1/3 were focused on talent development.
