Catalent provides numerous opportunities for you to get involved. We offer various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which are employee-led groups created around common interests, issues, or backgrounds. These groups are aligned with Catalent’s mission and strategic efforts specific to inclusion and aid in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

ERGs are voluntary and all-inclusive groups, open to all employees across the organization.

In a short period, we have launched several ERGs across the globe. The commitment and enthusiasm of employees globally is well-channeled through the work of the ERGs, who are creating positive change and making their mark in fostering a culture of belonging.
