70/20/10 Approach

We follow the 70/20/10 approach for career progression that enables you to meet your unique development needs:

Experience (70%) – You are encouraged to participate on project teams, take on more responsibilities and look for special, short-term assignments to broaden your expertise.

Exposure (20%) – You have opportunities to establish a mentoring relationship or shadow someone in a job that interests you.

Education (10%) – You can attend trainings and workshops to further develop your current skills or conduct research in an area of interest.

Examples of trainings include Miller Heiman Strategic Selling program, cGMP trainings, ‘I am Catalent’ presentation, and access to 10,000+ courses through our partnership with LinkedIn Learning.
