What to expect from the Catalent selection process.
Upon applying to a role with Catalent you will be guided through to our Applicant tracking system, Workday, where you will be prompted to upload both your CV and relevant information to your application.
A member of our global talent acquisition team will assess each application against the criteria outlined in the job specification. If you are successful in being shortlisted at this stage you will be contacted by a corporate recruiter to arrange a brief informal discussion regarding your skills, experience and expectations. Following this initial interview your corporate recruiter will consult with the hiring manager discussing your profile to draw up the shortlist to be interviewed face to face, by telephone or Skype.
In your first interview the hiring manager will be looking to explore the content in your CV further, paying particular attention to any technical expertise or achievements as well as finding out more about you as a person. This is a great opportunity to create a good first impression by being able to provide strong examples and by being thoroughly prepared.
For your second or final stage interview we may set up any combination of assessment days, online tests and a further face to face interview, where the interview panel will be focused on your key competencies and behaviors and how they relate to Catalent’s values.
We are committed to providing feedback to you following your interview and will do so within 48 hours of a debrief meeting with the hiring manager and members of the interview panel.
These approaches are flexible depending on the role and location but this should serve as a general guideline of what to expect from your recruitment process with Catalent, where your corporate recruiter will guide you throughout the selection process and give more detailed information as required.
