The Morrisville (MSV) facility is Catalent’s center of excellence for nasal product development and manufacturing, providing end‑to‑end services from early formulation through clinical and commercial production. The site offers comprehensive nasal development capabilities, including analytical support, device selection, spray characterization, and both clinical and commercial scale for unit‑dose, bi‑dose, and multidose nasal products.

In addition to its nasal capabilities, the Morrisville site also provides development services for dry powder and liquid pulmonary products including formulation development and optimization, method services and analytical testing. Specialized equipment includes a Procept Spray Dryer, GEA blenders, Harro Höfliger drum labs and advancing testing equipment. With analytical and development teams working side‑by‑side, the site delivers integrated, efficient, and scientifically rigorous support across nasal and pulmonary programs.

The facility is conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
