Visitor Health Statement
2019 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Catalent is committed to the health and safety of its employees, visitors, and the customers and patients we serve and will take all measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We ask any visitors who are symptomatic, and COVID-19 positive individuals who are non-symptomatic, to contact their Catalent host for further guidance before entering the site.
Key Singapore Site Information
Welcome to Singapore! Catalent’s facility in Singapore provides a range of clinical supply services including Secondary Packaging, Storage and Distribution and Clinical Kit Returns. The site is the Centre of Excellence for Clinical Supply Services and provides end-to-end solutions to help customers accelerate their drug development.
SECURITY
- Please park in visitor-designated parking areas. Catalent accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal property in parking lot.
- Please observe speed limits and stop signs while driving on the premises and yield to pedestrians.
- All vehicles and articles are subject to inspection. Weapons are prohibited on plant property.
- Visitors should be accompanied by an employee within the facility.
- Taking photographs or videos is not allowed on site.
- All persons visiting the site must be pre-registered by the host or register at the reception area (third and seventh level) on arrival and departure. Proof of identification showing the name and which organization they represent must be provided.
- The visitor will be inducted by the host and Visitor’s Health Declaration Form and Access Authority forms must be completed. Visitors
must wear the temporary identification ‘VISITOR’ badge issued when in the facility.
SAFETY & EMERGENCY
- You will be provided with personal protective gowning requirements relevant to the areas visited during your stay. Jewellery should be removed prior to entering GMP Production areas.
- If you discover a fire, alert nearest Catalent employee and/or pull fire alarm. In the event of a fire emergency, a long continuous alarm will sound. Your Catalent host or a member of the fire marshal team will escort you to the nearest exit door. Egress maps are posted through-out the facility. Evacuate the building immediately via the nearest exit in an orderly manner. Go to your designated meeting location (Muster Area) and check in with host or receptionist.
- Do not re-enter any building that is in a state of alarm. Do not stand or block Fire Exits, aisles, electrical panels, and fire equipment.
- Accident or Injury – If you have an accident or feel ill, inform your host who will arrange for first aid.
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
- This Pharmaceutical facility adheres to regulatory requirements under Federal Law for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Please follow all instructions related to GMP’s. Please adhere to all dress code policies Visitors are required to wear a hair net (and facial hair covering as necessary) and an approved laboratory coat.
- Visitors entering the Clinical Storage area must wear suitable footwear to allow for safe passage throughout the facility. Footwear should be closed toe, closed heel, have low to moderate heels (less than 2 inches), and be in good condition without signs of obvious wear or damage.
- No jewellery other than a wedding band (without stones) and/or a watch may be worn while in the Clean Manufacturing Area (CMA).
- Jewellery must be removed and safely stored prior to entering the CMA.
- If coming in contact with clinical drug product, no nail polish or fake nails are permitted. Please wear the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) when entering Production Areas.
- All Visitors must comply with our GMP requirements.
SIGNS & WARNINGS
- Please be aware of displayed warning/personal protection signs and adhere to instruction issued by Catalent staff.
- Do not enter restricted areas or touch any product, materials, machinery controls or equipment, unless authorized to do so by a Catalent employee.
- Stay clear of vehicle doorways and always watch for moving vehicles.
IT
- Catalent offers wireless internet access for our guest. Your host will pre- register you and arrange for internet access during your visit.
