Welcome to Haverhill! Haverhill is home to Catalent’s oral solid dose manufacturing operations as part of global spray drying offering. These spray driers are supported by dedicated clean area facilities for both solvent and aqueous processing of potent or non-potent drug formulations as well as a secondary vacuum dryer. Catalent is able to offer spray drying solutions from early-phase development through clinical supply and all the way to fully scaled- up commercial finished dose form manufacturing in Europe.

Key Haverhill Site Information
Catalent’s customers can take advantage of the Niro® PSD2 and PSD4 spray driers at the Haverhill facility. These spray driers are supported by dedicated clean area facilities for both solvent and aqueous processing of potent or non- potent drug formulations as well as a secondary vacuum dryer. The facility offers spray drying solutions from early-phase development through clinical supply and all the way to fully scaled-up commercial finished dose form manufacturing in Europe. Catalent also has access to the facility’s integrated quality control and analytical capabilities with scientific support resources, enabling an end-to-end approach for customers.
SECURITY
- Please Park in visitor-designated parking areas.
- Please observe speed limits and stop signs while driving on the premises and yield to pedestrians. Please use Catalent parking spaces.
- All vehicles and articles are subject to inspection.
- All persons visiting the site must check-in at the reception desk, main lobby. Visitors are issued and must wear a name tag or contractor badge at all times while on site. The name tag or badge must be returned to the receptionist or security desk upon departure.
- Visitors should be accompanied by an employee at all times within the facility.
- Taking photographs or videos is not allowed on site.
SAFETY & EMERGENCY
- You will be provided with personal protective gowning requirements relevant to the areas visited during your stay. Jewelry will need to be removed prior to entering GMP Production areas.
- In the event of a fire emergency, a continuous intermittent alarm will sound. Your Catalent host or a member of the fire marshal team will escort you to the nearest exit door.
- Accident or Injury – If you have an accident or feel ill, inform your host who will arrange for first aid.
GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES (GMP)
- The Pharmaceutical facility adheres to regulatory requirements under Federal Law for Good Manufacturing Process (GMP).
- For safety, footwear should be closed toe, no sling-back shoes and a low heel. Safety shoes can be provided.
SIGNS & WARNINGS
- Please be aware of displayed warning/personal protection signs and adhere to instruction issued by Catalent staff.
- Do not enter restricted areas or touch any product, materials, machinery controls or equipment, unless authorized to do so by a Catalent employee.
IT
- Catalent offers wireless internet access for our guest. Your host will pre- register you and make arrangements for internet access during your visit.
