RICARDO ZAYAS
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, GLOBAL OPERATIONS, BIOLOGICS

In April 2023, Ricardo Zayas expanded his role from overseeing biologics operations for North America and was named Senior Vice President, Global Operations, Biologics. Prior to joining Catalent in 2022, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Ocyonbio, a biosimilars, cell and gene, and viral vector development and manufacturing company. From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Zayas was Executive Vice President, Head of Operations and Product Development for Romark Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that role, Mr. Zayas worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2012 to 2019, as Senior Vice President, Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Supply Chain. His career in pharmaceutical manufacturing includes roles of increasing responsibility at Avon Products, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Wyeth Pharmaceutical, Schering Plough Products, Warner-Lambert/Pfizer, and Sterling Drug. Mr. Zayas holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Kansas State University.
